We have a 30-day return policy for T-shirts, which means you have 30 days after receiving your shirt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your T-shirt must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please email us at dee@deehampelconsulting.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your return may take longer than expected.
Please inspect your ChariTee order upon arrival. If your shirt is defective, damaged, or the wrong size or design was sent, contact us within 48 hours. Include clear photos of the issue and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
Need a different size? Simply return your shirt and place a new order for your preferred size.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
